The PFP – Portuguese Railway Platform Cluster Association is today present at the Portugal Mobi Summit, a summit themed “A World in Motion: Transforming Mobility for a Greener Future.”

“Mobility has a direct influence on housing, urban gentrification, and quality of life. The discussion around BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) is here to stay. As the population grows, so does the number of cars and vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Technological evolution will be astonishing. Robotaxis and delivery robots will become commonplace in just a few years. Cities need to adapt. We must share a space that cannot expand. There are already good examples, but much more is needed. Difficult choices will have to be made. There must be the courage to make them. These were some of the conclusions of the Portugal Mobi Summit. ‘The Summit in Summary’ featured Pedro Homem Gouveia, senior policy advisor at Polis, and Charles Landry, co-curator of the Portugal Mobi Summit.”
