CP's Alsthom 2600 Locomotives and Special Trip to Minho

APAC, Portuguese Association of Railway Friends, will hold next Saturday, November 20th, the public presentation launching of the book "CP's Alsthom 2600 Locomotives".

The event will take place at the Parque Oficinal Contumil, Porto, at 10am, and will be followed by a Special Journey to Minho, an activity integrated in the celebrations of the European Year of Rail.

The train will be towed by the recently renamed 2611 locomotive, towing Schindler panoramic carriages, an unusual set in regular service and suitable to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Minho line.
