PFP in three consortia eligible for Mobilizing Agendas program




The Portuguese Railway Platform was present at the event “Mobilizing Agendas for Business Innovation”.

On the 2nd and 3rd day of December, took place in Matosinhos, at the Leixões Cruise Terminal, with the public presentation session of the “Mobilizing Agendas for Business Innovation”, supported by the national Recovery and Resilience Plan - PRR.

PFP participates on tree of the 64 eligible projects for the next phase, leaded by SERMEC II, MEDWAY and MOTA-ENGIL.

A final proposal process now follows, with selection of the consortia and the investment contracts that should be signed by the end of next year 2022.

During the two days of the event, the Prime Minister, António Costa, attended the 64 presentations accompanied by several Government Ministers.

In the closing session, António Costa stated that "this is an opportunity to mobilize the best of our business fabric and our scientific and technological system to work together to launch new products and services of greater added value into the market.The Prime Minister added that "This is the only way to increase the country's prosperity, to have companies that are competitive on a global scale, that generate better quality jobs, that fairly remunerate the most qualified generation that Portugal has.”
